Responsibilities
As a Senior/Staff Marketing Manager, you will be the first dedicated marketing hire, responsible for building our marketing foundation and driving market awareness and lead generation for our B2B SaaS product.
- Strategy & Vision: Define and execute the end-to-end marketing strategy (digital, content, product marketing, and PR) to position Podonos as the industry leader in generative AI evaluation.
- Content & Thought Leadership: Own the creation of high-value, technical content (white papers, blog posts, case studies) that educates research labs and enterprises on the necessity and benefits of AI model performance evaluation.
- Demand Generation: Plan and manage digital marketing campaigns (paid social, search, webinars, email) to drive high-quality leads into the sales pipeline.
- Product Marketing: Work closely with Product and Engineering to translate complex technical features into clear, compelling, and benefit-driven messaging for target personas (AI researchers, ML engineers, CTOs).
- Brand Building: Manage brand identity, press relations, and industry analyst briefings to increase market visibility and credibility.
- Performance Measurement: Define key marketing metrics (MQLs, CAC, conversion rates) and build reporting mechanisms to track and optimize campaign performance.
You… (Minimum Qualifications)
- Have 5+ years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 2 years focused on technical SaaS, deep tech, or AI/ML-related products.
- Are a strategic thinker with hands-on experience across multiple marketing channels (content creation, SEO, paid media, email marketing).
- Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills, with the proven ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, market-ready narratives.
- Have experience launching new products and taking them to market within a fast-paced environment.
- Have startup DNA: You thrive in ambiguity, iterate quickly, and think practically.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a technical field.

- Have experience marketing to technical audiences (ML Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Researchers).
- Have experience with marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
